The Maurice Favre Foundation acknowledges the confidentiality of the information provided by the subscriber when ordering and undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties.

In the event of a dispute, these general terms and conditions are used as the legal basis. In case of dispute, only the French version shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction is La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.

The Maurice Favre Foundation, created in 1967, is at the origin of the construction of the International Watchmaking Museum. It is responsible for managing the funds, donations and other resources that it makes available exclusively to the museum for the purchase of collector’s items and/or projects such as the MIH Gaïa watch.
